Normes antifraude

No pressure, no secret payments, no false guarantees

Turebe does not tolerate deceptive listings, impersonation, false ownership claims or payment manipulation.

Identity Verification

Identity and contact evidence are reviewed where required. A public profile is not a guarantee of seller authority.

Fraud Signals

Incomplete facts, duplicate sources and inconsistent information can be flagged for review; staff decide what happens next.

Manual Moderation

Rwanda staff review submitted evidence before a listing becomes public and can request corrections or further proof.

Facts, media, source context and required publication checks are considered together before approval.

How our review flow works

  1. 1

Submit the property details and authorised supporting evidence.

  2. 2

Required fields, source links and publication conditions are checked.

  3. 3

The Rwanda team reviews the available evidence and any warning signs.

  4. 4

The listing may be approved, held, rejected or returned for correction.

  5. 5

Reports and new evidence can trigger another review after publication.

Review checks the evidence available to the marketplace. It is not a guarantee of ownership, condition, value, availability or legal title.

Safety tips before you meet or pay

  • Never pay because someone creates urgency. View the property and verify the person first.
  • Use an independent Rwandan advocate and appropriate official registries for ownership and title checks.
  • Keep messages, the exact property URL and relevant payment references. Never share passwords, PINs or card details.
  • If money or identity theft is at risk, contact your bank or mobile-money provider and the appropriate Rwanda authority.

Open the property's Report listing form to send a private report linked to the correct record. Reporting does not automatically remove public content.
